Booking Conditions....

In order to confirm your dates, we require a rental deposit equal to two nights' stay. The balance, plus a refundable security deposit of one (1) night's rental, is due 60 days prior to your visit. Upon receipt of the balance of payment, we will forward an information packet that contains directions from the airport to the unit, key retrieval instructions, unit and resort policies and useful information about the Wailea/Makena/Kihei area, including shopping for provisions, best beaches, our favorite restaurants, etc.

Cancellation Policies....

Cancellations incur an administration fee equal to two (2) nights' rental for cancellations more than sixty (60) days prior to the first day of your rental. Cancellations within sixty days of the first day of rental incur a fee equal to the entire rental amount less a pro rata refund (minus the administration fee) IF we are able to re-rent the condo.

We STRONGLY urge you to take out trip cancellation insurance to avoid the potential financial impact of a cancelled holiday.
